Chuck Fishman
Manager, Media and Entertainment, Cisco Media Solutions Group
 
Chuck manages Cisco relationships with media and entertainment partners. Chuck has broad media and entertainment experience - from 1997 to 2007, he created and produced new radio ventures for Clear Channel, Bloomberg, CNET Networks and the Wall Street Journal. Chuck is also an independent musician who toured with the funk band George Clinton & The P-Funk All Stars in the mid nineties. In his spare time, he continues to collaborate with that group and he utilizes digital media platforms promote his own music made with a band known as fONKSQUISh. Chuck has been a member of the digital music networking group Pho since 1999, and he continues to remain engaged and excited by everything that is going on with digital music and media. As part of his work at Cisco, Chuck participates in several tech media oriented consortiums and committees including the IAB Digital Video Committee, the IAB UGC and Social Networking Committee, and the Entertainment and Technology Center at USC. Chuck holds a B.A. in Geography / Cartography from the University of Colorado and practiced in the GIS / digital mapping space before he started his passionate media and technology career.
 
Clifford Collio
Product Manager, Medianet Management, Cisco
 
Clifford Collio is a Class of 2009 graduate of the UCLA Anderson Full-Time M.B.A. Program, where he focused on Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. While in business school, he served in various leadership roles, including VP positions in the High Tech Business Association and Asian Management Students Association.  Clifford also holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Pomona College.

Prior to UCLA, Clifford was an Imagineer at Walt Disney Imagineering, Research & Development. There he developed enterprise software products and played a technical and strategic role in several business units, including The Walt Disney Studios, ESPN, and Adventures by Disney. Clifford is now a Cisco Product Manager for Medianet Management, leading the design and market launch of a new software solution for managing video on enterprise networks.
 
Steve Helper
Americas Credit Director, HP
 
Steve Helper serves as  HP's Americas Credit Director, responsible for credit and collections activities in Latin and North America. Prior to this role, he held other positions within HP Credit including the Americas Channel Credit Director, the Americas Risk & Portfolio Manager, and the North American Field Credit Manager. Besides HP Credit, he has had a handful of other positions during his 20-year career with HP including HP Financial Services, HP Consulting, and the Controllership.
Prior to joining HP, Steve worked at Ernst & Young in their Valuation Services practice, and Geneva Corporation, a mid-market M&A firm.
Steve has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from UCLA. He has also studied abroad at the University of Nairobi in Kenya." 
 
Lawrence Huang
Product Manager, Smart Grid Business Unit, Cisco
President, High Tech Business Association, 2008-2009

Lawrence is a product manager in the Smart Grid Business Unit at Cisco.  Prior to Cisco, he worked at HP as a business development intern in the CTO's Innovations Program Office. He has worked at Intel as a circuit designer designing products such as Centrino and is listed as a co-inventor on five patents.  Lawrence received his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson in 2009. He also has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.  In his spare time, he enjoys scuba diving, skiing, and photography.

Mark McEachran
Project Manager, Rubicon Project

Mark McEachran is a Project Manager at the Rubicon Project.  His focus is on moving the company’s optimization efforts ahead with technologically integrated solutions.  He sold his last company, specializing in email marketing technology, to his partners after seven years as President.  His history of leadership in online marketing technology extends back to the dawn of the web at companies like L90 and Starting Point.
 
Rashed Mohammadi
Escalation Engineer / Consultant, HP
 
Rashed Mohammadi graduated from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Later he completed his MBA from National University, San Diego, CA. Rashed started his career with Texas Instruments as a Systems Engineer.  In 1992, he came to HP through a business acquisition. He works for HP as an Escalation Engineer, Consultant. His present responsibilities are providing Customer Escalation Support on HP 9000 Unix servers, online storage arrays and Large / Complex SAN infrastructure. Rashed maintains his Registered Professional Engineer license with the State of Texas. Rashed is married with 2 children. His wife is a physician from UCLA. His daughter is first year under-graduate student at UCLA studying Biological Sciences. In his free time he likes to play tennis, volunteers at a local religious center, and enjoys listening to Indo-Pak music.
 
Robert Paladines
Business Unit Executive, Western Region Lotus and WebSphere Portal Sales, IBM
 
Robert Paladines is responsible for IBM West Region Lotus and Portal Solutions Sales functions.  Robert has over 12 years of experience in Middleware Software, and previously held Senior Sales Management positions at IBM in the Pacific Southwest.  Robert holds a BS in Business from the University of Southern California and a MBA in Finance from the University of Arizona.
 
John Robinson
Account Specialist, Rubicon Project

John Robinson is an Account Specialist with the Rubicon Project.  His focus is on integrating new publishers into the company’s REVV™ platform.  He has a diverse management background across several industries, ranging from hospitality to market research to financial services.  His experience at companies such as J.D. Power and Associates and the McGraw-Hill Companies helped to create the foundation for success with several start-ups.  He is currently attending the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he is pursuing his MBA in Entrepreneurship.
 
Dan Dei Rossi
Senior Director, Cisco
 
Dan Dei Rossi is a Senior Director at Cisco and has held a variety of finance leadership positions at Cisco, most recently including M&A Finance, the finance lead of Cisco’s consumer business, and the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Strategic Coordination.  Dan joined Cisco in 1998, as the lead controller on the modular switching networking products, and also spent several years as the lead controller of Cisco’s routing portfolio of networking products.  Dan is currently the finance lead of Cisco’s Unified Computing Systems (UCS) products, which includes Cisco’s server and virtualization technology.  Dan received his undergraduate degree in business administration and his MBA from UC Berkeley and is also a CPA.
 
Neil Sahota
Program Manager, IBM Global Business Services
 
Neil Sahota is a Program Manager in IBM Global Business Services. He has over 12 years of project management experience in business and IT, and he is responsible for the sales and execution of large, complex programs spanning business strategy development, new product development, business and system integration, and process improvement. He is also a certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) from PMI, Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP) from AHIP, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola.

Moreover, Neil is an active volunteer in IBM’s Academic Initiative program that creates partnership opportunities between the IBM and the country’s top universities. He also serves as a recruiter and mentor for IBM’s Extreme Blue summer internship program.
